Multicooker REDMOND RMC-4503

Good afternoon, dear chefs! Are there any owners of REDMOND RMC-4503 among you? Please share your experience of making yogurt in it. Which prog is better?
yuliyamih
There is not a single program in this multicooker in which the temperature does not exceed 40 degrees, necessary for making yogurt. Even on the keep warm program, the temperature is higher.
valvalval
Good day!
Does everyone show the cooking time on pilaf mode?
My dashes are just blinking (
Although the mode itself seems to work as it should ...
yuliyamih
The time is not indicated on the pilaf mode, since the program runs before the liquid evaporates and at the end it slightly fry, therefore the time for a different quantity and quality of the prepared products is always different.
valvalval
That is, if I put in 2 times more products, it will automatically calculate the time and increase it to achieve the optimal result? It hurts fantastically if this is so, then there should be built-in scales, humidity sensors and something else that I did not think about ...
yuliyamih
No fiction, it is, more water - longer cycle.

After wandering around the Internet, I suppose that the temperature sensor is in the lid, if the water has evaporated (evaporated), the steam does not heat the lid, the end of the program.

good day. Recently acquired REDMOND RMC-4503 cartoon. But on my program "pilaf" the initial time is 1 hour, you can increase it. It seems that the multicooker is the same, but it works differently. Do you know what this is connected with?

Hello!!!! Tell me where you can read the recipes for the multicooker redmond rmc-4503 ???? And then there are already enough books ...
nadin.009
There are many recipes on the forum. I take recipes from Panasonic, everything is preparing great.

Good day! I almost bought into the action to grab the M70 with a gift pan of your choice, and then I looked - and what are these 42 programs for me? And she came to you! Tell me please, does 4503 bake? The site says that bread bakes. And what about her aromas at first ??? Is it difficult to get rid of them?
nadin.009
Cartoon 4503 bakes, but I would not. But biscuits, muffins are excellent.
lesyara
Has the smell gone completely? Was it long? I really tend to 4502 today, precisely because of the reviews on the smell. Well, I really also need bread in the cartoon oven.
nadin.009
Personally, I did not have a smell initially. I have not tried bread (I have a bread maker), but since baking is obtained, then bread is probably possible. I am very happy with the cartoons. There are many recipes on the site, both complex and simple ... And it saves time. Before the first use, I boiled water in the "steam" mode.

Hello. First, I read all night about multicooker, then got into the car and drove through major stores. I wrote prices and models. But somehow nothing fell on the soul. In the end, I bought a REDMOND RMC-4503, probably not the most functional machine, however, where do you need to start, I thought about 4502, but there is practically no REDMOND in stores .. the choice of multicooker is, in principle, not very rich, although by March 8 all the same it appeared, on the other hand, I do not plan to cook complex dishes, but a set of automatic programs is enough for everyday life. Already stewed meat, cooked a couple of cereals. The result was quite satisfactory. First impressions - it works fine, the first start right at cooking - there was no smell. I liked the recipe book)))). Beautiful and a lot.
Cooking.Pieces of pumpkin in the porridge were not boiled, the buckwheat turned out to be thick, the meat is tender and juicy (meat with cheese).
Now remarks
1. In the recipe book, portions are clearly not for 2 people, but 5-6))). I haven't figured out how to reduce portions yet.
2. Of course, I would like to know the temperature regime of cooking))), I'm not talking about its changes. But this is for more advanced machines.
3. It is still unclear what kind of coating the bowl has - in one place Teflon Dupont is written (it was wanted first of all), an expert from Utinet. ru wrote that ceramic (obviously not), but it seems to me the simplest Teflon.
4. The type of control is written on the site, but in the passport it is electronic.
5. I have REDMOND RMC-4503, how does it differ from REDMOND RMC-4503 Silver?
6 The passport says that bread cannot be baked, but on the website it seems possible. So all the same "yes" or "no", and what is the problem with baking bread if the baking mode exists?
These are the first impressions, if I get ready to write more. ))))

Hello, all users of MV Redmond! Please share your impressions of the inner non-stick coating of the bowl. I am looking for a replacement for my 5 liter ceramic bowl.
rin
I will add more impressions about MV Redmond 4503.
I have already tried many dishes - no complaints. The quality and taste are fine. The only problem is with the baking. My cupcake was not baked twice at all, but burnt from the bottom ... As I read about this MV - it bakes badly. Surprisingly tender squids are obtained))) (recipe books), but when I cook oatmeal from grains, that on stewing mode, that boils strongly on milk porridge and the lid gets dirty. What kind of coating the bowl has not figured out, the site also offers for sale a ceramic bowl and a steel one. When the light is turned off for a short time, the operating mode is maintained, but if min 5 is already reset. Upset that I could not put a delayed start on buckwheat mode. Maybe my brain is not all right in the stove .. some kind of broken firmware. The steamed meatballs came out remarkably tasty, but not enough)))). Some kind of small steaming cup. Everything for one bite ))) goodies will definitely appear!
All Girls with the upcoming holiday all the best and most delicious)))))))))))))

Hello everyone. Has anyone tried to cook yogurt in our slow cooker? There is no special mode, and in the heating and keeping warm modes, the temperature is too high. Give advice))) (otherwise I already bought yogulact and milk)))
dementor873
I bought this multicooker. Steam it a total of 6 times to get rid of the odor of the rubber seal on the lid. Tried lemon, acetic acid, activated carbon, soda, salt. Airing the night out on the balcony, nothing helps. In the Eldorado they say bring it to the SC. If they confirm that the smell is a technological defect, they will exchange it. But I doubt it. Stretch out for a month, and then return with a note - the goods are working properly.

I had no smell when I bought it, neither did my mother, so it's rather strange. I bought REDMOND RMC-4503 not so long ago, but I already managed to appreciate its qualities. Very good slow cooker, tasty and fast cooking. I recently bought a REDMOND RAM-CL1 pliers too. It used to be problematic to get the bowl, but now it is the first time. The tongs are quite comfortable and do not take up much space. Removing the bowl is now much faster and the steam from food does not burn your hands.
Lily
Boys and girls, can someone answer me !? A question about the saucepan .... Everything sticks well, except for the soup of course .... Maybe there is some kind of trick, something to rub, ignite Maybe someone else has such a problem? Share ...

Manna
Try washing the bowl with a mixture of baking soda, dry mustard and citric acid, adding a little water to them to make a thick slurry and to dissolve the lemon crystals (so as not to scratch the coating). You may be able to scrub off the plaque. And if this is no longer just a plaque, but coke, then only a new bowl will help
Lily
Thank you very much for your answer, the fact is that the saucepan is new ... From the very beginning, everything in it sticks ...
Manna
If it really sticks from the very beginning, then the coating is of poor quality
Did you grease the bowl with oil before baking / frying? Or ... what exactly sticks to her? Does the groats stick too? Immediately after the end of the regime? Or do you give it a little steam after cooking?
Lily
I always pour oil in the beginning of cooking. Usually, in the "frying" mode, I pass onions, carrots or just meat, you need to stir constantly if you gape a little, everything stuck ... when I put the first piece in the saucepan, it seems to stick, I have to use force to tear it off. "Pilaf", " milk porridge "at the bottom with a crust, unheated ..." Baking "is good brown but does not stick. In Panasonic, everything works out great for me. Maybe not really a quality pan ??
Lily
I will try to rub with the mixture that you advised, maybe some kind of "factory patina", although during the time I cook, it probably would have washed off
Manna

"Pilaf", "milk porridge" at the bottom with a crust, unheated
If you leave a little cereal unheated, then the bottom will slightly steam and go away. But the fact that milk porridge with a crust is, then this is no longer the reason, but in the mode itself - there should be no crust on the milk.

I am doing great in Panasonic
What are you comparing Redmond and Panasonic?
Lily
Well, yes, Panasik is more tender. Now I have an idea to change the bowl, it fits from Panasik, I measured but did not cook ... But from Redmond to Panasonic it does not fit, the bowl is much higher ...
Lily
All the same, it was in the bowl, well, it is easier to change it than a slow cooker ... Manna thanks for your participation
Manna
Lily, glad that the situation is resolved

Owners of Redmond! How many years has your cartoon served you? I am not even 2 years old, and she, to put it mildly, tortured me. The program is confusing, constantly disconnected, shows a failure. programs.
Service centers are far from us, I will try to tame it again .. if not ... then I will look for a replacement.

I am faced with the same problem. I handed it over to the SC, they recognized the marriage and returned the money to the store. Today I ordered the M30. we'll see...

I have no problems, the Redmond 250 multicooker, but I have been using it not so long ago. My sister has the same as yours, for about two years now and also no complaints. Maybe, than to suffer, it is better to contact the service center? The guarantee for it must be 25 months, it will be repaired or replaced for you.
Mirabel
Rieri, To the service center ... I need to go to Russia. Here we have no such thing. They brought it to me from there.
But I already have 2 other multi, and Redmond "punished" is sitting in the closet, something to throw out his hand does not rise. Maybe I'll give it to good hands, who can fix it.
Lisichkalal
Vika, wow ((I also had a pressure cooker unit from Russia.
So Redmond has already been bought for me and will be delivered in December. And 2 years is not enough at all. They sell redmond in germany, can you really find a service there?
Mirabel
Svetlana, Svet, less than 2 years old, probably 1.5 years old. when she started to "joke". In the morning I did not cook porridge, I switched off constantly.
Send to Germany, pay for the service. It will be more expensive than its cost, I have a very simple model, small. She couldn't even bake bread.
But recently I used it as an egg cooker, then I refused to do it too
You probably bought something from the latest Redmond models, it is full of functions and the volume is normal.
Lisichkalal
Vic, it's a pity as well as annoying (it's probably easier to take it to Russia and give it to someone. They'll fix it in the service. I want to do it with the unit, but it's so huge ((my mom is not happy to take it away.
I bought m90. Now her parents use her, in December her mother will arrive and bring her.
Lily
People who know what the temperature is on the heating? The book got lost somewhere, I wanted to look there, although I'm not sure what the pace is. program mode
Svetlana62
Lily, in my opinion, 70 degrees, from memory, the book also touched somewhere.
