We take the egg that is available, of any size - and the difference in liquid is regulated by the balance of flour / liquid, adding a little 1-2 tbsp. flour or water to the desired dough consistency

Thank you Arachne for the recipe. The bread was delicious. I did everything according to the recipe, did not change anything, I have an Orion 27G bread machine, I baked French bread on the second program - 3 hours. 32 min, medium crust color, loaf size -0.75 kg
