Italian bread salad

Ingredients

Yesterday's White Bread 250 gr.
sweet red pepper half
sweet yellow pepper half
tomato 3 pcs.
onion 1 PC.
garlic 1-2 cloves
olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp. the spoon
salt taste
freshly ground black pepper taste
fresh cucumber 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Cut yesterday's white bread into small cubes and slightly dried in the oven, half each red and yellow pepper, fresh cucumber, blanched and peeled tomatoes, peeled, juice and seeds, red onion, garlic.
  • Mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Season and refrigerate two hours before serving.

Time for preparing:

15 minutes + 2 hours
