Ingredients

Raw potatoes 15 pcs.
Pork with fat 250 gr.
Fresh champignons 200 gr.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
salt pepper taste.

Cooking method

  • Peel and round medium-sized potatoes. Cut off the protuberances from the bottom of each potato keg and give a stable shape. Cut the top of the potato with a sharp small knife and give it the shape of a lid, cutting about 1 cm along the edge. Cut the core in the barrel, scrape the rest with a teaspoon. Salt the inside of the kegs.

  • Prepare the filling. Finely chop the pork, add chopped onions and mushrooms, season with salt, pepper, add mayonnaise and sour cream.
