We bought this bread maker because the old LD broke down. In principle, everyone is happy, the bread is good, the rolls are high, the main thing is that it is tasty.
True, one thing upset the manufacturer - he overestimated the weight of the bread. According to his data, the weight of the bread is 1000/1250/1500. But in fact: 750/1000/1350.
I especially like French.

Hello everybody! I continue the topic. After a month of using the bread maker, I was almost satisfied. The bread is delicious, ruddy, crispy.
I just don't like that the stirrers always remain in the bread. This is apparently a disadvantage of all cheap bread makers. Does anyone know how to deal with this? Owners of the supra name.

Help me to understand. There was a problem ...... Copying from another site ......
Girls with HP during kneading fly off the mixers !!!! What to do? (I have a supra 240 with 2 mixers) First one, now another. I stop inserting and it kneads all over again. Then she just pulled it out of the socket, she had a memory reserve of 10 minutes. And how to fix it? Who had nit like that? And yet, do all HPs walk with a shaker and jump up when they knead? My kolobok beats against the walls there, but the kolobok itself seems to be good (as far as I can tell), plastic ...
In a few minutes .....
Several more times they flew, one flies off and falls under the other, and it stops and buzzes terribly. In general, I pulled it out of the socket 5 times probably ...

Can you please tell me - does the bread bake tight? or, as usual, loose-airy? Everyone describes the taste, but not the density of the finished bread.
Aleksei
Bread turns out almost like store-bought bread in terms of density, but of course tastier.
mumi
Thank you calmed down.
True, I asked in the end not quite in that topic, since they decided in the end to buy Mystery 1202, as a preparatory stage for Brand.
For which (1202) I went ...
Aleksei
In principle, they did the right thing. My oven has been under repair for three weeks already, and as the craftsmen said, it will hardly live.

this bread machine is dead! Long live the other: LG2001BY !!!

Yesterday we bought a bread maker of the same model (SUPRA BMS-240) Immediately tested it. There was nothing like this about what Ksenia writes. The bread turned out great! though I took the recipe not in the instructions, but on the website. What did not suit is the diploma. The manufacturer obviously saved on the backlight! Of course, time will tell how she will behave further. I read both good and bad reviews about this model.

Also bought this stove after Scarlett sc-400. Scarlett suited everyone very much, but the maximum weight of 750g was not enough for us, although even the kilogram rolls were perked up in it. But they still bought the Supra 240, after numerous sleepless nights - I read reviews, compared and decided that at such a price the number of negative reviews is minuscule, and more expensive negative reviews have more reviews.
The first loaf of my favorite bread turned out great! Although at first looking into the cooking process after Scarlett was worried - there are 2 kneaders and the dough looks different when kneading. The display is not bright - but I can see and understand everything. It is a pity that the baking mode is 60 minutes - neither subtract nor add. with my personal recipes, I baked often and in Scarlett from 10 minutes you can add and not steam. No cupcake mode - but easy to fix. In the "pasta dough" mode, knead the cake and bake separately. Well, the rest will be writing during operation.
The recipe for my favorite bread (original in the book of recipes for the Silmer ovens "Onion bread on kefir"):
In bookmark order:
water + any sour milk or just water - 320 gr
salt 1 tsp
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
vegetable oil - 2-2.5 tbsp. l.
wheat flour 500g (without sponge bread) and 450g if on dough.(you can replace half a glass of wheat with half a glass of rye).
yeast (I have saf-velor) 1.5 tsp.

Bake in any of the modes: 1,2 or 3. That is, Normal, French or Mixed. After baking, I bake for another 10-15 minutes, I like it more.
Thanks for attention

I, apparently, poorly formulated my question - the recipe suggests adding 4, 25 cups of flour to the bread maker's pan. This is where I blunted, because all my glasses were messed up. There, and from the multicooker, and from the smokehouse, and from the old bread machine.
all other components of 1000g of bread in spoons, ml, but flour in glasses!
how much to hang in grams?
thank you very much!

girls and boys, baker's masters! I'm sure someone has already baked bread with the addition of rye flour in our favorite Supra bms240!
share your experience with a novice baker, thank you
valent
Thank you very much in advance to everyone, you can not answer me at 14 and 15, I found everything and figured it out

My SUPRA BMS-240 bread maker, 11 programs. I use it for about a year, every 2 days)))
Through trial and error, we derived our bread recipe. The output is 1500 g, for 2 days we have enough bread.
Water (warm required) 465 ml
yeast 2 tsp
sugar 3 tsp
salt 3 tsp (maybe less)
premium flour 825 g
All products are placed in this order only.
Next, select program 1 (regular bread), weight 1000g, dark crust. after 3 hours with a little, the aroma of fresh bread spreads through the house))

Tell users of supra240 how well it kneads unleavened dough. Do you need to dominate him later or not?
BirdWhite
I kneaded and poured the unleavened dough, get it out and cook what you wanted, seems to you a little kneaded? Set it back on for 14 minutes or turn it off earlier. But it suits me, I don't mix it by hand. I have 3 x \ n Supra, Mystery and Scarlett and the unleavened dough is perfectly kneaded, I can’t even imagine how not to knead it?
The only small portion will smear on the walls, it is designed for large portions, of course.
