Beans with spinach in a multicooker Brand 37502

Ingredients

Beans 160 g
Frozen spinach 150 g
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Celery stalk 1 PC.
Garlic 3 tooth.
Tomato (not used) 1 PC.
Dried sage 2 tsp
Parsley 30 g
Salt 1/2 tsp
Freshly ground pepper 1/4 tsp

Cooking method

  • Pour the beans with water for 12 hours. Drain the water.
  • I didn't flood it with water. I had white and red beans like this:

  • Put beans, celery, peeled carrots, peeled and cut into 4 parts 1 onion, garlic, tomato (not used) in a multicooker pan, pour cold water up to the 0.5l mark. Boil until tender. Extinguishing mode. Time depends on the type of beans and whether or not you soaked them. I stewed for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • Next, remove all the vegetables from the multicooker pan (they are not needed). Drain and store water. Set aside the beans. If desired, you can mash some of the beans with a fork.
  • Cut the remaining onion, fry in vegetable oil until transparent, with the lid closed, stirring occasionally. Add frozen spinach. Baking mode 10 minutes.
  • Add beans, sage, salt and pepper. Add the liquid from the beans so that the mixture is not dry. Extinguishing mode 30 minutes. In principle, 15 minutes would be enough. But there is no such value in the multicooker, and I had to leave, so I couldn't forcibly turn it off.
  • A great side dish for a pesto stew. All the eaters really liked it !!!!
