Natusik, thanks for the recipe. I always have a couple of zanykana tongues in my freezer - we sell small pork tongues, I usually use them for soup or borschik, just for two. The husband does not like the jellied tongue! And now here's your recipe - I'll try, my husband loves gravy with a side dish. And more gravy (and meat!)! Thank you!

Scarlett, I am very glad that you liked my recipe! I asked the chef in the restaurant for this recipe and she revealed the secret to me.

Natusik I brought another huge THANKS! I was making entu yummy last weekend. I threw the languages into the cartoon for 2 hours, walked around the market, came back and stuffed them into the sauce - I didn't fry anything! The sauce I had was from the remains of homemade raw adjika (which is with horseradish) and tomato paste with some water. In general, I cut the tongues, poured it with sauce, put it on the stove in the gosyatnitsa and went to chat at the "Breadmaker" (on the market I talked about it) I woke up from SUCH AWESOME SMELL! Help - I almost ate it all myself, honestly! Special thanks for the sauce - my husband always asks me to roll up more adjichki for him - and then he'll eat a couple of spoons from the jar - and that's it, it stands like an orphan in the fridge! Now I go for sauces, yesterday I threw the hedgehog meatballs in the cartoon into the homemade adjika sauce, however, boiled - and went to work - in the evening it went with mashed potatoes! So now you can safely sell the recipe to another chef from the coolest restaurant!
