DOLCE VITA is a household compressor-less ice cream maker for preparing any type of ice cream or sorbet. An excellent option not only for cooking, but also for an effective demonstration of the finished product! Dolce Vita ice cream maker - has a bowl, the inner side of which is made of INOX stainless steel, polished to a mirror shine. This model is beautiful in appearance, easy to clean, hygienic, absolutely scratch-free. The lid has a wide opening for loading additional ingredients.
To prepare dessert, you need to pre-chill the bowl in the freezer. According to the instructions, the cooling period must be at least 8 hours at a temperature of -18 ° C. I was greedy and ordered for 1.5 liters, although I think that in vain - it will certainly fit into the freezer, but 1.1 would be enough for the eyes

I would like to share my impressions after a month of operation of the Nemox Dolce Vita 1.1 l.
The unit itself, in terms of the mechanical part, is made quite free of charge, a simple plastic spatula, summarizing mounts, an inconvenient switch, a strange fixation system on a bowl. But it works, and this is the main thing to the bottom of the questions, there are no questions, a solid weight of stainless steel, I keep it constantly in the freezer. As for ice cream .. to be honest, I got to the correct version of ice cream (cream, eggs, etc.) 1 time, made rum with raisins, eggs curdled, when frozen it is not very noticeable, to taste .. well, delicious, if I had not added rum flavoring, I think it would definitely not have been possible to achieve a rich taste .. I like the Baskin-Robins one more .. I will improve .. But I come off on sorbets .. the most successful is frozen strawberries, sugar and a little cream 10% for a creamier texture, also used the cherry is coming and the absolute hit for today is baked milk + ripe bananas with baileys liqueur! ice cream turns out to be very soft, pleasant texture, but you can't eat everything, the residues crystallize essno when frozen in the freezer. I do not regret who is the same ice cream fan as I, I recommend purchasing the device .. although, according to polls in Europe, it is unanimously the most useless device

About this ice cream maker, only in the general topic, something vague is said.
As far as I understand, a freezer is not needed in the case of the Nemox Dolce Vita ice cream maker?
Does anyone have any experience of owning it?
Aunt Besya
This ice maker model is a semiautomatic device. This means that the container needs pre-cooling. This can be seen in its price. Full machines are two orders of magnitude more expensive
vlad_fv
Well, at the expense of two orders of magnitude (i.e., 100 times), you must have gotten very excited. Nemox Chef 2200 is quite easy to get from Germany for about 10,000 rubles ...

Why look at YaMarket? Do you want to feed our companies, which are trying to earn as much money as possible for you?
You look for example at 🔗... There they are cheaper than 200 euros, and finding an intermediary who will send it from Germany is no problem. As a result, it turns out about 10,000 rubles.

Thank you, yes, it stopped: Nicht verfügbar für Versand nach Russian Federation.
vlad_fv
You are welcome. I repeat once again that now it is quite easy to find an intermediary who will buy it in Germany and then send it to you. And there is no need to overpay more than 2 times.
Aunt Besya
So how do you find it? For 10,000 I would also buy
Eduard
I have 2200.
I think sending from abroad is not cheap. Heavy stuff.
And with a guarantee, if anything, you will suffer.

And so, a normal apparatus.
vlad_fv
The cost of delivery of such a device from Germany is 35-45 euros. In total, about 220 euros, that is, about 9,000 rubles. On the account of the guarantee - I agree.
Eduard
I only got clothes from Germashka. Deutsche post to the border, and there by Russian post ...

But if the size did not fit, then you cannot send it back)))

Good day. Let me interfere with your discussion.
Both the automatic ice maker, and coffee machines, coffee grinders can be ordered directly from Italy. All devices are made in Italy. The store sends directly to many countries of the world, including Russia. Delivery or DHL or EMS. Delivered within 3-7 working days. When ordering, 17% Italian VAT is charged. You can communicate with the manager Marina, who speaks Russian. On the site you can send a request for a discount coupon in the amount of 3-5%. The coupon code is sent to your mailbox. There is a guarantee.
The store sends directly, no intermediaries are needed. The store is good, proven.

In no way did I mean that the store produces itself. I just wanted to convey the idea that almost all the goods of the store are made in Italy, and not in China.
When calculating, you can insert the code 777 into the coupon column (another 5% discount on the car itself, not including delivery).
And I myself am from Israel, so I didn't go into the details of converting Euros to rubles)))). I just know that when ordering from Israel, the price difference reaches 300-400 Euro.

Friends! The topic is covered with dust, I look. But during this time something has changed (?)
Nemox Dolce Vita Rosso for 1.1 liters is sold in many stores for 6600 rubles.
Question:
WELL WHO BOUGHT ANYONE? Have you tried it?
Ingas
Better late than never. I have this ice cream maker for 7 years already. In the summer it works constantly, everything is fine, nothing broke. We make sorbetto or not a classic creamy one that is not brewed. Any recipes can be used.
