Dear forum users! I ask for advice. We have this problem:
Bought for parents Mula 5024. We use (with success) Panasonic SD257. Knowing that it was difficult to cope with the bread maker for the first time - they themselves poured all the ingredients and got a disgusting result - the bread turned out with a pale (white) crust, had a reduced volume and was too dense, with the crust mode - medium. After changing the ingredients (new shakes, etc.), the result did not improve. Tried recipes for baking white and traditional bread from the attached recipe book.
Having studied all the topics of the forum regarding the operation of the Mules, we came to the conclusion that it makes sense to try to independently adjust, as the forum users suggest, the temperature adjustment screw.
Please explain where this magic screw is located and, if possible, with a photo.
Thank you in advance!

There was also such a problem - after adding 2.5 tbsp to white bread for 1 kg. l milk powder and 2 tbsp. l. sunflower oil (refiner) - the crust turned out to be great. And this is at the second position of the crust sensor. On the 3rd voobets - bread with a Crimean tan.
