Braised cabbage with raisins, apples and ginger in a multicooker Brand 37502

Ingredients

Cabbage 1 Wed head of cabbage.
Apples 2 pcs.
Raisins 1 \ 2 Art.
Fresh ginger 3 cm
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Nutmeg (ground) 1 tsp
Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt taste
Saffron (turmeric) optional 1 tsp
Vegetable oil for frying 2 tbsp. l.
Tomato paste (not put) 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Peel the onion and cut into half rings, chop the ginger, fry in vegetable oil until the onion is transparent. Baking mode 10 minutes.
  • Add sugar, raisins and nutmeg, saffron, stir.
  • Finely chop the cabbage, pour with vinegar and rub with your hands. Peel and cut one apple into cubes. Add to the onion, season with salt and stir.
  • Extinguishing mode 1 hour.
  • Peel and add the second apple to the pan, stir. Extinguishing mode 10 minutes.
  • Can be served with Ham.
  • In general, I don't like stewed cabbage and therefore I don't cook. But here it was necessary to observe the authenticity of the recipe. And in the end - very much !!!!!!
