Ingredients

Minced meat, pasta, onion, sour cream or cream, cheese.

Cooking method

Fry the minced meat with onions until tender. Add black pepper if desired.
Add sour cream or, better, cream (optional - a little garlic squeezed through a garlic press) and simmer it all a little over low heat.
Add cheese grated on a coarse grater to the sauce, stir, bring to a boil, but do not boil. If it seems too thick, add a little water or cream. Salt to taste, carefully, since the cheese itself is salty.
Boil pasta (preferably spaghetti or nests) and cover them with this sauce. Cooking time - maximum half an hour (completely). The taste of the sauce turns out to be rich (if you add pepper and garlic) or very soft (if without them) - this is an amateur. I made a soft sauce with sour cream (out of cream). Cream gives a more delicate taste, sour cream sometimes gives a slight sourness, almost imperceptible.

I always determine the quantity by eye - since I cook in small portions so that I can only eat once or twice, and only for two, then the minimum amount of food is consumed. You don't have to adhere to exact ratios here - someone loves more meat, someone (like me) - so that there is more pasta. You need a lot of sour cream or cream (for 4 such servings I added at least 5-6 tablespoons of thick sour cream, "with a slide", and even then I had to add broth from pasta.

By the way, the next day the dish does not lose its taste at all, and I usually heat it up in the microwave, pouring it with sour cream - it turns out a very pleasant sauce. The same method will help if the dish is slightly salty.
