Parma salad

Ingredients

Jacket potatoes 2 pcs
Ham 250 g
Fresh cucumber 1 PC
Pickled mushrooms 1/2 cans
Onions, spices, mayonnaise (sour cream) taste

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes, chop into small strips. Also chop the ham and cucumber. I do it on a Burner shredder.
  • Cut the champignons. Mix all the ingredients, add chopped onions (onions or greens), spices (for example, for salad or a mixture of peppers) to taste. I do not advise you to salt, mushrooms and ham provide the necessary salt. Season with mayonnaise or sour cream, whoever likes it.

Note

Not a complicated or fancy salad. Lovers of Olvie will love it. Fresh cucumber can be replaced with pickled cucumber or completely eliminated and crumbled lettuce leaves, also not bad.
