Cooking method

  • Peel and boil small potatoes in salted water for 6-8 minutes.
  • Drain and cool.
  • Make shallow cuts on each potato.
  • Place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  • Then pour any vegetable oil into a baking dish, roll the potatoes in it and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, until a beautiful golden brown crust, while turning the potatoes 2-3 times.
  • After the freezer, the potatoes have a very tasty crispy crust, and the inside looks like mashed potatoes, very tasty.
