Ingredients

Flour 2/3 cup
Eggs 4 things.
Granulated sugar 1/2 cup
Grated chocolate 50g
For cream
Butter 200g
Yolks (raw) 3 pcs.
Granulated sugar 1/2 cup
Instant ground coffee 1 tbsp. l.
Cocoa 1 tbsp. l.
Vanillin taste

Cooking method

  • Beat the whites into a foam, and then, without ceasing to beat, gradually add sugar. Pour the yolks into the foam, stir quickly, add flour, finely grated chocolate and mix again. Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with oiled paper and sprinkled with flour. Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes, make sure not to dry out.
  • Cut the hot cake into two equal halves, let cool.
  • To prepare the cream, grind the yolks with sugar in a water bath, adding coffee, cocoa, vanillin. Cool and grind with butter until smooth.
  • Grease the cooled cakes with cream, cut into diamonds or squares and sprinkle with grated chocolate on top.
