Ingredients

lemon juice 1/2 lemon
olive oil 100 ml
garlic 1 tooth
green pea 100 g
dill, parsley by branch
salt taste

Cooking method

  • This vinaigrette looks very elegant, although the occupation is rather laborious. But you and I are no strangers!
  • So - everything that is included in the dressing is separately whipped in a blender, turning into a liquid puree. Vegetables are boiled "in uniforms", and each one is in a separate bowl so that the colors do not mix. Well cooled vegetables should be cut into very even cubes with a side of 1.2 mm with a sharp knife. Well, about the fact that we cut on different boards, or thoroughly rinse the board and knife after each vegetable, I do not remind. We put the cut cubes in separate bowls and grease with a brush dipped in oil - this is necessary so that they do not stick together and then do not stain each other. Cut the cucumber (the greenest) so that one of the edges is with the skin. Now add the cube. You can simplify the task a little, add only the edges of the cube, fill in the peas inside and cover with a roof. Pour the dressing around the cube or serve in a gravy boat.
