Mazurka with dried fruits

Ingredients

eggs 5 items
flour 5 tbsp. l.
sugar 1 glass faceted
dried fruits (dried apricots, prunes, raisins) 400-500 gr.

Cooking method

  • "Mazurka is not a cookie, not a cake, not a pie. It's three in one!" This definition of mazurka was given by one culinary specialist from Israel. And I completely agree with him!
  • There are a great many recipes. I bake a mazurka according to this recipe.
  • Beat 5 eggs until white foam, gradually adding sugar. Then gently stir in the flour with a spatula so that there are no lumps. Put the washed and chopped dried fruits into the dough, stir well. Pour onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper, place in a preheated oven. Bake at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Check for readiness with a wooden stick.

Ikra
Milda, thank you so much for a simple and much needed recipe! Some critical amount of dried fruits has just gathered, a handful or two of each. I think it will be the most on NG - I can’t make a cake, and a mazurka is just right!
Milda
Ikra, I'm so glad the recipe comes in handy! Chopped nuts can also be added to the filling!
Ikra
Milda, yeah, has even weighed everything. Approximately 500 g is. And flour in tablespoons with a large slide, or rake without fanaticism? What's more interesting - to have more or less flour?
Milda
Flour - how it will take, if there is more flour - the dough will be tight. Now weighed - 15 grams is obtained.

! I always add at least 1 cup, and not chopped, but coarsely chopped.
Ikra
I see! And about flour and about nuts. I think if you do it today or tomorrow, will it live to 31? (if you can hide from your own)

I agree, nuts are also delicious. But my grandson eats a mazurka well, we have not grown to nuts yet.

ABOUT! It will live quite well, do not even hesitate. There are usually two of us adult eaters - we eat in 3-4 days. She didn't stay longer.

Thanks for the recipe! 2 mazurkas in 1 day were eaten!
Milda
I am very glad that I liked the mazurka!
