Note

today we had a matinee, because the whole day was upside down, and by the evening we were left without dessert, thanks to Maida, the child helped out with such pleasure ate a pie, and I was happy - there was nothing dough, but useful dates and nuts were packed

Maida has even more filling - I just didn't have any more who would want a "real" pie on Maida - put 450g of dates and 200g of nuts. the rest of the text

by the way, this cake can be kneaded without a mixer. if anyone is interested in technology, please respond, I will write

Milda
Lyudochka, thanks for the recipe! I will definitely try, and tell me, please, can I make this pie in advance?
Lisss's
Svetik, how much in advance do you need?

his dough turns out to be brittle, so let me see what it will be like tomorrow when the night stands on the table. because such dough usually likes to pull moisture out of the air, and then fragility is lost. I will hide a part in the film, and leave a couple of pieces, just the senior eater left, there is a chance that the pie will live until the morning tomorrow I will report

the small one cracked on both cheeks, and this was after the pasta and meat (now I will also lay them out, also a lightning-fast recipe)

Lisss's, I love these recipes, though I can't do it so quickly

I didn't understand anything about the mixer, in the description of the cooking process you don't mention it, and then you promise, if necessary, to describe the manual process. I have an ordinary manual mixer. Probably, for me it is necessary to describe the batch without a mixer.

Where's the pasta in 20 minutes?
Milda
Lyudochka, how's the pie ?! Made it to the check? And I would like to do it on December 30, and take it on January 1.
And fast pasta is also needed!
Lisss's
Svetik, aha! I just took a sample - both open and in the package - everything is OK! the one without the package is a little dry, it's hot in the house. and the one in the package is the same as it was, so it will be fine

only it is more just for tea, not particularly festive ...if you want festive, the specs are the same, but a little more voluptuous - also from Maida, and stuffed with nuts and dates - Texas Fruitcake... it looks prettier, and it just NEEDS to be baked in advance, and then it is stored in the x-ke forever

Wait, I'll post the pasta, I didn't have enough strength yesterday
Milda
Thank you, Lyudochka! I remember that somewhere I saw a recipe with dates !!! I'll study it!

celfh, Tan, there, according to the recipe, everything is mixed with a mixer, and then flour at a low speed - this is all with a hand mixer, such as yours and mine, or you can just knead with a spoon - that's what I meant about the manual method

pasta, too, apparently, I did not put it very correctly .. they are not quite in 20 minutes, but very tasty, and I have already automated the whole process, so I really like them. Wait, I'll post it, look

Light, there is another one with dates - a pie - such Pie with dates and nuts, but there are dates not in chunks, but in porridge - also cool
Milda
Everything, eyes fled, everything can not be baked! Lyudochka, I just decided on the baking, and now again "confusion and wobble" But today I will buy more dates
kava
Lisss's, and is it obligatory, predominantly in the foil to bake? Maybe in silicone it is possible (otherwise we are lazy steel)
Lisss's
Katyusha, you can't take it out of silicone, you know, it's sticky - it sticks to the foil, I then tore it off. you can, I think, cover the form with a non-stick cloth. I think it will stick to the paper. and in a silicone mold without lining - you can't take it out later

but in general - who knows? You can also try

Thank you for such delicious treats !!!

Hello everyone! Lyudochka, such a beautiful cut! Please tell me, what can you use for foaming dates, we don't like them very much?
Lisss's
prascovia, Alenka, thanks, but I think you can replace with all sorts of raisins-prunes-dried apricots in consistency like dates - not liquid, but not solid, even candied cherries, cranberries, only mixed with something sweeter, so as not to sour

AlisaS, to your health !! I'm glad that the recipe came in handy and liked it!
prascovia
Thank you Lyudochka! one of these days I will portray with kuroga and raisins!
