Christmas wreath salad

Ingredients

chicken breast 1 PC.
eggs are cool 3 pcs.
leek 1 PC.
pickled mushrooms 1 glass
iceberg lettuce (or other green) 1 glass
Bell pepper 1-2 pcs.
mayonnaise 100-150 g

For decoration
carrots, cr. pepper, olives

Cooking method

  • I use a split baking dish and a jar to shape the salad. It turns out such a structure:
  • 🔗
  • The components of the salad are laid out in a ring around the jar in turn: a layer of boiled meat, cut into cubes, a little mayonnaise, salad, chopped bell peppers, mayonnaise, mushrooms, finely chopped onions and eggs, mayonnaise. Then the can is taken out and the form is removed. We decorate with parsley, as a ribbon - thin strips of carrots. They are easy to make with a vegetable peeler. Toys are made of olives and sweet peppers.

The dish is designed for

10 servings

Time for preparing:

20 minutes

Note

The idea of decorating this salad is not mine, I have met it on several sites, but the recipes for the salad itself are different everywhere, and this is how I make it.

Yes, Tanechka, tastes softer. You just need to take the light green parts, the dark green tails are hard. Mowgli, I have a metal one, I put it without a bottom - you can see it in the photo. And thank you all for the praise!
