Ingredients

Black round bread / ready-made wafer cakes 1 loaf / 1 pack
Any mushrooms to your taste 300 g
Chicken breast / any other meat 300 g
Hard cheese / can be processed 200 g
Sprats 1.5 cans
Chicken eggs 5-6 pcs.
Quail eggs 10 pieces.
Cottage cheese (I took not fat) 400 BC
Salad red pepper 1 PC.
Mayonnaise (can be mixed with sour cream)
Mustard
Salt pepper
Garlic
Any greens

Cooking method

  • I had been hatching the idea of ​​this cake in my head for a long time, it turned out to be something collective from different recipes. I bring to your attention two options for a "sandwich" snack cake (with black bread or waffle cakes), fillings can vary, change, add / remove, it all depends on your taste preferences.
  • So, we take a round loaf of brown bread (with waffle cakes everything is much easier), cut off the crust, cut it as much as possible, thin cakes along.
  • Cooking the fillings.
  • 1. Fried mushrooms with onions, I stewed a little more in sour cream.
  • 2. Boiled meat or chicken rolled in a meat grinder + heat. onions (I added a little more mayonnaise + sour cream, so that it was not too dry).
  • 3. Grated cheese (can be processed) with garlic + mayonnaise / sour cream.
  • 4. Sprats crushed by a fork
  • 5. Boiled eggs on a grater + mayonnaise / sour cream + mustard + spices + herbs.
  • We coat the bread cakes generously with mayonnaise / sour cream (you don't need to smear the wafer cakes, they are soaked quite quickly), lay out the fillings in random order, I laid out the way I wrote in the recipe.
  • I smeared the top and sides with curd mass (grind the curd through a sieve or into a meat grinder + mayonnaise / sour cream + salt, pepper, garlic can be used).
  • The bread cake must be made in advance so that the cakes are soaked well for 12 hours, no less.
  • Waffle is best done just before serving; heavily soaked cakes are also not good.
  • Decorate with herbs, halves of quail eggs, stripes of red pepper, sprats - all your imagination!

You can make fillings, which will go to your head (I once made such a cake on the second day of the celebration of my birthday, put the remaining crab salad as a filling
