Chicken squares with mayonnaise

Ingredients

Boiled chicken fillet 600g
mayonnaise 600g
gelatin 12g
dill 1 bundle
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Pour gelatin with cold boiled water. Transfer the swollen gelatin to a sieve, let the water drain, then melt in a water bath.
  • Combine the dissolved gelatin with mayonnaise. Put a third of the mixture in a rectangular tray in an even layer. Refrigerate.
  • Put chicken, cut into thin strips, on a layer of gelatin with mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped dill. Fill with the remaining mixture. Refrigerate.
  • Turn the tray onto a large cutting board or platter and cut into squares before serving. Checkout at will
