Chicken pancakes

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken Breast 1
Sweet pepper, red 1/2 pc
mayonnaise 2 tbsp. spoons
large onion 1 PC
greens (parsley, dill) 2 branches
seasoning for chicken
salt
garlic 3 cloves

Cooking method

  • Grind the breast, pepper, onion, garlic and herbs in a meat grinder, add salt, seasonings, mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
  • For those who like fatter, send the skin from the breast to the meat grinder.
  • You will get a liquid minced meat - a little thicker than sour cream.
  • Spoon into a greased frying pan.
  • Fry for 1.5 - 2 minutes like pancakes.
  • Turn over, fry on the other side until a beautiful crust.

Note

first close the door to the kitchen, otherwise the pancakes will not survive to the table.

I have been doing this option for a long time, I took the recipe on the Eat at Home website, now it is on Shalenyh Bees (by Agnis).
The only difference is that there is no bell pepper and the name is chicken shit.)))

And I confirm - the recipe is superb! With variations, I do this for chicken (any parts), and turkey, and fish. When I am lazy to wash the meat grinder, I just try to chop everything with a knife as small as possible (it is especially successful from slightly frozen meat or fish). It turns out both quickly and delicious!
