Brisket potatoes

Ingredients

Potatoes medium 6 pcs
Smoked brisket or bacon 100g
salt, pepper, spices taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the peeled potatoes in half, season with salt and pepper, season with potato seasoning. Put a slice of brisket on one half of the potato, cover with the other half of the potato. Wrap the potatoes in thin strips of brisket, wrap each in foil.
  • Bake in the oven on a wire rack at 180-200g. C 35-40 minutes.
