Ingredients

eggs (whisk) 3

Thanks for the recipe. I baked it, but with minor changes: there were 2 eggs, instead of raisins - chopped pieces of plum from the "Slivyanka" tincture, the apples were just finely chopped. It turned out to be a light, moderately sweet (less than a glass of sugar) cake. Delicious.

If after that you interfere for a long time, not to mention insisting, the gas will evaporate, and there is nowhere for a new one to come from, but here it plays the role of an elevator, so. that the dough may not rise!
