Carrot-curd casserole (Dex 60)

Ingredients

Carrot 300 g
Cottage cheese 300 g
Butter 1 tbsp. l.
Milk 0.5 tbsp.
Semolina 1 tbsp. l.
Eggs 4 things.
Salt, sugar taste
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Peel the carrots, cut into thin rings and simmer in oil with a small amount of oxen. Pour semolina into boiling milk and boil slightly until thickened. Mix carrots, semolina, cottage cheese, eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar with a blender (when I didn't have a blender, I ground everything with a potato grinder). Grease a multicooker saucepan with oil and put this mass in it. Bake on the Baking program for 1 hour.

It was the first dish in my Dexica with a delay. In the evening I laid everything down, programmed it for 5.30 in the morning, stood for an hour on the heating and at 6.30 breakfast was ready!

I like the casserole. I bake this recipe often. To speed up cooking, I do not cook semolina separately. When I season the carrots, add semolina at the end of the process. And I put a couple of tablespoons of sour cream in the cottage cheese. And I beat the proteins separately and then add them to the carrot-curd mass, I like it more.

For this reason, I do not bake anything in it for 1 hour. I always reduce the time, bake for 45-50 minutes. It seems to me that in some multicookers the temperature for baking is too high, not initially adjusted. And obviously we got those. Nothing upsetting, adapt over time.
And right now it occurred to me - you can replace carrots with pumpkin in this recipe, it should probably turn out well.
