Chinese cabbage salad with persimmon

Ingredients

Chinese cabbage
fresh cucumber 1-2 pcs.
persimmon fresh dense 1 PC. small
green onion 3-4 stems
bitter pickled chili several rings
fresh cranberries (drunk) 1 handful
vegetable oil taste
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Chop the leaves of Peking cabbage with thin rings, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and rub lightly with your fingers.
  • Chop the cucumber and persimmon into thin strips on a berner grater.
  • Finely chop the green onion.
  • We collect the salad;
  • Put cabbage in a common salad bowl, add persimmon, cucumber, green onion, bitter pepper, cranberries, mix with your hands from bottom to top, loosening the vegetables.

  • Arrange the salad in portioned salad bowls and serve.

Note

There was a piece of Peking cabbage left over from cooking stuffed cabbage, and it was necessary to add it ... I added it to the salad ...
The result is a very fresh, light and delicious salad!

This salad is best seasoned with vegetable oil only, a little! Mayonnaise is not suitable for such a salad - my opinion!

Drunk - because I made liqueur out of it, the berries remained - what to do with them, do not throw them away! So I add them everywhere, baked goods, in salads - it's very cool, the berries are not so sour and taste good.
I also use lingonberries and cherries - also drunk

It is no longer necessary to soak such berries, and so they soaked with vodka for a month!

You can put ordinary berries in the salad, fresh or from the freezer - this is what you like and what is at hand

If the persimmon is hard and not too sweet, everything will work out as it should! As a last resort, you can additionally add a larger cucumber and cabbage. But it shouldn't! I often add persimmon to salad, and I like to add exactly hard persimmon
