Ingredients

parboiled rice
raw potatoes
Chinese cabbage

Cooking method

  • Cooking in the Multicooker CUCKOO 1054
  • 1. Prepare the cutlet mass: minced veal, pork, chicken, onion, egg, cream, bread crumbs, salt, spices, fresh dill.
  • 2. Prepare Peking cabbage leaves: unfold the leaves, cut off the white part below, thin the white stems on the leaves with a knife.
  • 3. Sprinkle the turkey breast fillet with salt and pepper.
  • Preparation:
  • Put peeled potatoes in a multicooker pan, sprinkle with steamed rice, add water, salt.

  • Into a double boiler (bowl) from a Panasonic multicooker put the pieces of turkey fillet.
  • Form cutlets from the cutlet mass with wet hands, carefully put in a double boiler.
  • Expand the leaves of Peking cabbage (two leaves per one cutlet), spread overlapping, put the cutlet mass, roll the leaves, as on stuffed cabbage rolls. Put the finished cutlets in a double boiler.
  • We get these blanks:

  • We put the steamer bowl on the multicooker pot Kuku, close the lid, turn on the Cook mode, bring it to readiness.
  • I cook on this Cook mode only before the steam is released, when the steam comes out, the mode goes to "languishing" porridge - I turn off the Kashmaker mode and turn off the multicooker. The dish is ready!
  • As a result, we get completely ready-made potatoes, rice

Note

I wanted to combine "all at once" and see what happens in the end!
Moreover, I used a "second floor" steamer from the Panasonic multicooker, which very easily entered the Cook multicooker, and the lid quietly closes.

Everything is well cooked, soft! The cutlets are juicy and both!

The turkey breast is also fully cooked, left for the salad for breakfast.
Additionally, you can and should prepare a sauce to taste, and pour it over the finished dish when serving!

The first experience of mixing multicooker was successful!
Cook with pleasure and bon appetit! Dinner in a multicooker All at once (Cuckoo 1054)

Wow !!! What a wonderful set dinner
Tomorrow I will prepare and report, if only the cameraman could stand it. The on / off button has broken, I'm already poking it into the hole with a toothpick, but I see that this magic wand turns it on again.

ROMA, many thanks to you for an excellent complex dinner - ALL AND AT ONCE! At first I thought, and why burgers and breast, and then I read and understand that it’s super, that you can do everything at once and for a salad !!!!!!!!!!! Great! I will definitely repeat this creation!

Nuuuuuu, this is my experiment, so to speak ... It was interesting to try to combine several side dishes and meat products ... and what happens to taste.

And if you have minced meat at home, you can easily and quickly cook "lazy" cabbage rolls, and for convenience, take Peking cabbage, it is lighter and softer in processing than ordinary white cabbage. And the Peking taste ... it turned out very good!

And at the table - some cutlets, some cabbage rolls, some rice, some potatoes - also a way out ... And while dinner is sitting in a slow cooker, you can have time to make a sauce-gravy, for example, fry onions, mushrooms, add cream (with white wine ), salt, pepper, evaporate a little, thicken - and you're done! Watering potatoes and rice ... in portions to everyone on a plate - it will be very great! And quickly - if problems with time!

I want to note that the minced cutlet in Peking cabbage - steamed cutlets in the shell turned out to be very juicy, compared to just steamed ones. Still, the shell from above retains the liquid in the meat, does not leak out.

Admin, thanks for the idea! I made here, if necessary, steam cutlets in Panasika, it turned out deliciously, but, like everything dietary, a little boring. It will be much more fun with Chinese cabbage !!!
And in Panasonic there is such a complex lunch, inert, on which program is better to do it? Probably "pilaf"?

Ikra , well ... if cutlets are made from normal minced meat, with various additives, homemade - then they will always be tasty - checked!
Today I have cutlets both simple and in a cabbage casing - both options are tasty and juicy! But in cabbage, how did the stuffed cabbage turn out!

In Panasonic - you can use Buckwheat, Plov - preferably a quick program that cooks porridge!

Clearly, thanks! I'll try it tomorrow, as my mom needs to bring something to the hospital. She does not really like cabbage now (for obvious reasons), and Peking cabbage should be better in this regard She loves cabbage.

Ikra, try your health! Good health to mom!

Admin- Tatyana!
Accept my admiration for the "All at once" experience itself and its result!
And a separating plate is not needed, but a double boiler is needed - a basket and with a handle is required! Cooking for every taste of family members or, simply, a variety of side dishes, if not for one meal and saving e-mail. energy! : girl_claping: Lovely!
So you can select comparable products and cook in a complex way!
Thank you

How to calculate the amount of water for potato rice?
I know what you need for 2 cups of rice 4 cups of water, but what about potatoes?

Thanks for the interesting recipe! In my opinion, it is a great option when my mother (for example, me) is addicted to a diet.
Mom-breast with rice, and son of 15-year-old growing body of potatoes with a cutlet!

Sveta, THANK YOU!!!!! Yes, this way you can select both the products and the taste of the finished dish! I liked it myself!

Today I had to boil simple potatoes. But there was minced meat, some boiled rice, Chinese cabbage.
I quickly scrambled cabbage rolls into Peking cabbage, laid them out in a steamer bowl, it turned out 6 pieces of big darlings - a full double boiler!

Put raw potatoes down, water to cover potatoes, salt.
I put a double boiler on top, and added a little bit of stuffed cabbage on top.
I switched on the Multipovar mode, 8 minutes, 110 * С.
As a result, I got boiled potatoes and steamed cabbage rolls!

Honestly, I really liked the option of cooking food, in particular steamed cutlets and cabbage rolls - delicious, fast !!! Probably I will continue to do so!

wwwika , well, here you need to guess already Rice brown for example, takes 3 measuring cups of water, steamed less and so on - gradually adapt. Well, of course, you need to select the products so that they coincide in cooking time.

And what can be used instead of a steamer bowl, if there is none ... for the second floor?))))
