Note

This recipe is taken from the site
I reduced the amount of cinnamon and cloves, as it seemed to me that it was too bitter.
Baked in a gas oven at 160 * C for 10-12 minutes. Do not fry, as the gingerbread will be bitter.

Today I also did this))) My husband said that just looking at this miracle he felt the coming of the New Year) I made 3 sets at once ... in each - a deer, a Christmas tree, a house, a sleigh and purchased Grandfather and Snow Maiden icing ... My daughter will help to post pictures later))), otherwise I myself have not yet figured out how to do ethno

Zoya, tell me, please, is it really possible to make gingerbread houses from this dough (more precisely, according to this recipe)?

Oh, can you get the templates for all the figures somewhere?

Of course it's real. I made gingerbread houses from this dough, the kids dared everything and it was very tasty.

Zoya, I came with a report, though without a photo --- well, I didn't have time to take a picture, my Arkharovtsy ate them up ... The younger sits with tea, gulps and says ---- Mommy, thank you, you are so good, such delicious cookies!

thank you --- delicious, tasty ... very, very ... such - soft-crumbly ...

now a question - and the dough should be so soft, soft. that even the shape did not work out especially cut out? I was just afraid to add more flour, and suddenly they will be tough ... Like Zoya, what did I do wrong ..
zoinka15
I don't even remember what the dough should be, but I always add flour to the dough if it requires it. After all, everyone has different flour and humidity too. But I remember exactly that the dough kept its shape and I cut everything out perfectly with a stack. She immediately rolled out the dough on parchment and baked it on it, so that the parts would not be transferred, since during transfer they can really deform and lose the shape we need.

I am very glad that your kids (nothing about me?) Liked the deer and that they have the best mother who knows how to bring joy and pleasure to children!
