Natusik, what a young fellow you are! Again I cooked the meat in a new, original, super simple way! Thank you, I took it. I can't live without meat, and I haven't cooked anything except cutlets and jelly ... well, also in French ... Thank you!

And can you replace mayonnaise (store - phew, what disgusting!) With sour cream?

Easily, to sour cream half a teaspoon of mustard and a little lemon juice - that's mayonnaise!

I looked at your recipe and smell it very tasty. : nyam: I will definitely cook one of these days, I already bought a pork neck (I always make minced meat myself, I do not trust the store) and I have already made mayonnaise today (my own is tastier and without nasty additives, but it is done in 5 minutes).
Thank you for the idea

The sight alone is already drooling. I would like to try such cutlets (if made from minced meat) in the coming days. And it looks like everything is festive! Thank you so much for the recipe!
