Almond 50 g

Cooking method

  • With our hands we distribute the dough in shape, forming small sides. We prick with a fork and send it to the cold while we prepare the filling.

  • Mix sour cream, yolks, sugar and vanillin thoroughly, but do not beat. Pour the mass onto the dough, put blueberries on top (I use frozen). We send it to the oven preheated to 180 * C and bake for about an hour.

A friend had a small booklet "Recipes of the Kama hostesses" lying around, I think. From there I took this recipe and slightly changed it for myself. The pie is very easy to prepare, tasty and moderately sweet. The finished filling tastes like custard. The fatter the sour cream, the thicker the finished filling. I also cooked with yogurt with a fat content of 3.5%. It works well too.
From the remaining proteins, you can make a meringue, put on a finished cake and dry in the oven. It also does not turn out badly. When I did this, I didn't have any cream attachments and I just spread the meringue with a spatula over the surface of the cake. But then he did not come out photoynich.
