Nata-li
Girls, I have a problem here. A 10-year-old nephew got carried away with making pizza. And I am a complete layman in this business, since I am completely indifferent to pizza (forgive me, lovers). Therefore, I decided to give him a baking dish for the New Year. And then I saw a local shape in our shop: it is round, about 1 or 1.5 cm deep. And in it there is also a stand in a hole, which has ears. With these ears, it clings to the edges of the form. It turns out a gap of about 2 - 3mm between the bottom of the mold itself and the insert.
Please explain how to use it? Is this really for pizza? And if you put the dough in a mold and press it to the bottom, will it fall into these holes?

The dough should be laid out on a piece with holes. Due to the available gap, the bottom part is not baked, but remains soft and the pizza is baked evenly.
