Chocolate bread with cherries and poppy seeds

Ingredients

warm milk 160 ml
vegetable oil (or melted butter) 120 g
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 150 g
salt 10 g
flour 400 g (+ 3 tbsp. L)
gluten 1 tsp
fresh yeast 13 g
cocoa 3 tbsp. l.
vanilla essence chocolate a few drops
poppy dry 100 g
dried cherry 100 g
rum (cognac) 50 ml

Cooking method

  • Soak the cherries in rum (cognac). Instead of dry cherries and rum, I used 150 g of "drunk" cherries with liqueur.
  • Dissolve the yeast in the milk, add the rest of the ingredients (except for the poppy seeds and cherries). Knead the dough in the bread maker in the "Dough" mode.
  • During the second batch add poppy seeds and cherries doused in flour.
  • After the end of the Dough program (I have 1 hour 5 minutes), transfer the dough to a multicooker greased with vegetable oil. The dough is a little sticky.
  • We turn on the Yogurt mode in a slow cooker. After 20 minutes, turn it off and leave for another 1 hour for proofing.
  • After that, the Baking mode is 1 hour 20 minutes.

Cooking program:

Baking 1 hour 20 minutes

Note

The result is most likely not bread, but a delicious yeast cake with a fine-hole structure and a wonderful aroma. Poppy seeds in the dough give it a special piquancy. For tea, that's it. The men liked it (the husband again took more than half to work).

What for? Is the Bread Maker worse at proofing and baking?
Luysia
Caprice, look how big it turned out!

It is possible in a bread maker, but then you need to do half the rate. And in the new multicooker I like to bake more and more.

Luysia, and if you compare with Panasonic, in your opinion, which MB is better at baking?

Hlebushek handsome Chocolate bread with cherries and poppy seeds, I baked like that in HP, the full norm ... the same source ...
Luysia
I almost always had to add time in Panasonic, the second time the baking program did not start right away, but only after a few minutes.

So I definitely like baking more in Brand 37501, you can set any time and temperature if you need to increase it.

Good evening, please tell me, what is your CF? I have a "Panasik" for 4 liters. I think is there a lot of dough? Could this bread "run away" during baking?
I liked the recipe very much, I wanted to bake it.
Luysia
agata116, I baked this bread in a Brand 37501 multicooker. Big Panasonic is also suitable, only it will probably take more time for baking.

20g fresh = 7g. dry.7g dry for 500g flour.
7g dry = 2 tsp
13 gr. fresh = slightly less than 2 tsp. dry. Relatively speaking, 1.5 tsp.
Miss Raspberry
gawala, thank you for quick answer!!!
