Cinnamon rolls for breakfast.

Ingredients

flour 1.5 cups
sugar 0.5 cups
baking powder 1.5 tsp.
salt pinch
nutmeg nut 1/4 tsp
egg 1 PC.
milk 1/2 cup
sl. melted butter 85 g
For sprinkling:
sl. melted butter 120 g
sugar 0.5 cups
cinnamon 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Combine egg, milk and melted butter. Separately combine dry ingredients, add them to the egg-oil mixture and knead thoroughly. Divide the dough into oiled tins and bake in heated to 175about oven for 20 minutes, until golden brown. Cool down. Mix cinnamon with granulated sugar. Dip each bun in melted butter, then dip in the cinnamon sugar mixture.

The dish is designed for

6-8 servings.

Time for preparing:

30 minutes.

The recipe is taken from the Bon Appétit restaurant page. To be honest, I was a little surprised by the number of enthusiastic reviews for the recipe, because in my opinion, both on the first and on the second, after tasting - the cake is like a cupcake. Therefore, I began to add to this recipe a handful of dried cranberries, coarsely chopped walnuts and a pinch of vanilla. It became more interesting.
