Herculean milk porridge with a delay in the multicooker Brand 502

Ingredients

Hercules 1 m. St.
water 2 m. St.
milk 2 m. St.
sugar 2 tsp
salt 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • I moistened a piece of gauze with vegetable oil and smeared the edges of the saucepan - about five centimeters from the top along the perimeter, so that the porridge would not run away and "spit".
  • "Milk porridge" mode. Delay of 8 hours.
  • In the morning the porridge stood for another half hour, waiting for me.
  • Opened - the lid is clean.

  • A saucepan, too, apart from a small strip just above the surface of the porridge ...

  • Stirred, put on plates (two full portions). The porridge turned out great!

Note

The proportions took from Mistletoe... (Ksyusha, thank you very much! Ideal! Neither subtract nor add!)

Yaroslavna
For two years I have been enjoying porridge from MV. The proportion for Herculean is somewhat different: 1 m. Art. flakes to 6 m. st. liquids. I do it on a timer, I try not to keep it heated (so as not to soften). And I don't grease the RM saucepan - because the porridge doesn't run away.
Gasha
Yaroslavna, you have a completely different recipe, and, apparently, a different slow cooker ... You can set your recipe separately, it will be more correct

Marina2011
The porridge is excellent cooked

Hello. I have Brand 501. I made porridge according to this recipe. Delayed. In the morning, a lot of flakes were scattered over the pan and lid, even jammed in the lid.). The porridge has become more like a soup - the remaining flakes in the milk. Lubricated the bottom and walls of 7 cm with margarine. What could be wrong?
Gasha
adrastea, try not to grease either the bottom or the walls, and put on a delay so that from the moment the porridge is ready to serving, there is 0.5-1 hour left for the porridge to infuse. Does the 501 have a heating mode? In the 502nd we have no Heating, and I keep the porridge for about an hour under the lid with the multi turned off, just like in a thermos. If it is too liquid for you, then reduce the amount of liquid by 0.5-1 stack.

It is necessary to grease the saucepan with oil on top (5 centimeters) or not lubricate at all.

I made porridge according to this recipe, this morning I had breakfast with my daughter. Yummy, really better than on the stove. For what I do not like rolled oats, but today I diminished a large plate. Everything worked out, because in the pictures, nothing ran away anywhere, did not burn. Thanks for the recipe !!!

Good day,
I have a stupid question, what kind of oatmeal do you put in: quick flakes or just oatmeal?
Gasha
Just "Hercules"

Today I made porridge. I was worried all night, but in vain. Everything worked out! It developed, did not run away, did not burn, of the desired consistency. Thanks for the recipe
Then I thought about boiling some cereals ... but this is probably less useful?
Gasha
To your health! Fast flakes are not boiled at all, they are brought to a boil, turned off, covered with a lid and allowed for 10-15 minutes to steam

... In the 502nd we have no Heating ...

And what, in the 502nd there is no heating at all? I thought it was there, but you can turn it off beforehand. (sorry that the question is off topic)

I have it, but it turns off. Today, on the heating, it just left the porridge. Maybe some thread of the previous models was meant?
Gasha
I have no Heating
