Cutlet on the bone.

Ingredients

minced meat (chicken, meat) 500gr
large potatoes 5 pieces
egg 1 PC
condiments
breadcrumbs

Cooking method

  • Add 1 egg to the minced meat, salt and pepper. Rub the potatoes on a fine grater and add to the minced meat. We mix. Cut the potatoes into long sticks. Take 2-3 sticks and form a minced meat cutlet on them and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in a skillet greased with vegetable oil until a crust appears. Then put on a baking sheet, place in the oven. We cook at a temperature of 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
