Ingredients

Champignon 1 kg
Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l
freshly ground pepper taste
Spices for your taste 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Spices used oregano, mint, basil, dill, cilantro - all dried.
  • Wash the mushrooms. Prepare marinade - mix soy sauce, spices, pepper. Pour the marinade over the mushrooms, stir and leave for 15 minutes. Fold the mushrooms with the marinade into a roasting sleeve and bake in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes. During baking, a lot of liquid appears - just pour it out, and put the mushrooms on a dish. Delicious both hot and cold.
