Mushroom pie

Ingredients

Dough:
Eggs 3 pcs.
Salt pinch
Soft semi-liquid cottage cheese 5 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 5 tbsp. l.
Flour 250 g
Baking powder 2 tsp
Starch 2 tbsp. l.
Kefir (curdled milk, milk) of necessity
Filling:
Onion 1-2 pcs.
Mushrooms 500-600 gr.

Cooking method

  • This pie can be baked in the oven. I cooked in a Brand 502 multicooker.
  • 1. Prepare the filling. Cut the onion into small cubes and the mushrooms into thin slices. Pour a little rast at the bottom of the bowl. oils. We put mushrooms and onions there. Who likes - you can put potatoes at the same time in a steamer rack - 2-3 pieces, cut into small cubes. Baking mode under the lid - 30 min. Interfered several times.
  • 2. While the filling is being prepared, make the dough.
  • The soft semi-liquid curd needed for this dough is sold in tubes or cups. Here is such
  • Mushroom pie
  • Fat content does not matter, consistency is important ...
  • 3. I had lumpy country cottage cheese. Therefore, I first wiped it through a sieve, then added yogurt to the desired consistency and mixed. It turned out like this.
  • 4. Now beat eggs with salt, add cottage cheese - beat, mayonnaise - beat. Sift flour + starch + baking powder into a separate bowl. Slowly pour the dry mixture into the liquid mixture, stir with a spoon with movements from bottom to top. The dough should look like pancake dough ... like this:
  • Mushroom pie
  • If the dough turns out to be steeper than necessary, then you need to add a little kefir (yogurt, milk) to it and achieve the desired consistency.
  • Meanwhile, the filling is ready. We shift the mushrooms with onions and potatoes from the "cartoon" into a bowl, stir, salt, pepper, add dried parsley or dill - cool, and then add 1 egg whipped with a fork to the filling and mix well again! (I did without potatoes, and without dill, and without an egg)
  • Wash the "cartoon" after stewing the mushrooms, wipe dry, grease the bottom of the saucepan with butter and pour half of our dough into it.
  • On the dough, gently, evenly spread the filling and pour the remaining dough on top. Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds.
  • Baking mode - 60 minutes.
  • Mushroom pie
  • After 60 minutes, turn off the "cartoon", open the lid, insert the steamer in its original place and turn the cake on it. Gently, holding it with a towel or silicone glove, lift the cake from the steamer and turn it "booty" up and push it back into the "cartoon".
  • Switch on the "bake" mode for another 20 minutes for browning
  • top => bottom!
  • Mushroom pie
  • The pie turns out to be extremely tasty. While it is still hot, you can grate the cheese on top on a thin grater (I have Gouda). As you eat it, the cheese melts, and - mmm !!!
  • Mushroom pie
  • The filling can be any ... With minced meat, fish, cabbage, cons. corn + sausages ...
  • For such a cake, you had to put the Baking for 50 minutes ... Brandik bakes more than I thought ...

Just the other day, for such cases, I thought to get another saucepan.

I want another saucepan for the cartoon - I fried it here, put it there. Yes, and with yogurt. While it cools and settles in the refrigerator, you can do it in the second.

Still, judging by the crust, it takes 50 minutes. put.

Very appetizing pie! I will definitely bake in Kukushka (especially with my permission in the post for dairy products)! Thanks for the recipe!
Gasha
Thank you, Svetik! I will wait for feedback!
Original person
I liked the recipe very much! But I don't eat mayonnaise. Can you please tell me what you can replace? Maybe sour cream? Home? Shop?
Gasha
You can also sour cream according to the consistency of mayonnaise ...
Lana

I baked your cake in the Cuckoo

Mushroom pie

I just added boiled and smoked chicken, raw potatoes and onions to the filling ... So my grandson asked
I was afraid that the potatoes would be damp and overdid it with the baking time (the crust turned out a little thick because of this ...) Next time I will reduce the baking time.
The dough is excellent, I wrote down its recipe in the Notebook. Thank you, Gashechka!
Gasha
This is the filling! This is what I understand !!! To your health, Svetik!
Melanyushka
Gash, what a wonderful pie! The dough with cottage cheese is very tasty, but the dough when baked is tender, not dry, right? How I love pastries with cottage cheese ... And even in a slow cooker, there is generally a pie without hassle. I really have a Panasonic multicooker, but I think it's not so important. Thanks for the recipe, I had only sweet pastries with cottage cheese, I took them away to the tabs, bake them.
Gasha
Melanyushka, I will wait for the result!
Omela
Ganechkaand me with a pie. I baked my husband for a hunt tomorrow. The filling, guess what.

The filling, however, is not so expressive (eggs + onion + rice), but delicious !!!!!
Gasha
Why isn't it expressive? Wonderful filling !!! And the cake is a miracle, how good it is !!!

And you see I am armless. : girl_cray: Horror - it turned out terrible. ... You have dough with holes in the photo, and I have solid rubber. : cray: Apparently, somewhere with the technology broke, But all the same, these products are good initial, but the result is not edible. ... Before that I was baking "Chocolate on boiling water" (my first dish in MV), so I forgot to put eggs. But he was a yummy 7 cm high.: Girl_love: And here everything is according to the recipe and bummer ((((((((. I will not take any more risks
Gasha
dandelion, I'm very sorry ... "Rubber" could have turned out in two cases - either the dough was overwhelmed, or the dough was steeper than necessary ...

It could not be steep, since I diluted it with kefir, like for pancakes. But whipped (except for flour) in a blender.
Lisss's
they could still be undercooked - I have such rubber on the cut, if undercooked .. Panasonic is not as hot as Brand, maybe it should have been a little longer to bake in it ..
Elena Bo
dandelion, baked goods must be checked with a dry wooden stick. And add baking time if the stick is wet or the dough sticks to it. Panasonic bakes very well, but a little longer.

Every now and then the stick is dry, but he is like a shoe.

Girls, here's a photo of my cake. : cray: Even this picture shows that the dough is heavy.Mushroom pie
Inusya
Gaash, well give me in the face hands with a slipper!
I tried so hard, put everything according to the recipe, achieved the desired consistency, as taught, but it turned out, ah-ah-ah
Slightly taller than dandelion, but the problem, you can see, is a similar "stickiness" in the test. You and Omelka clearly show porosity in the dough, but I have some kind of porn! Glitiness in the dough is present externally (I tried to convey it in the photo), and it can be seen that there is not a single bubble, although it was homogeneous and fluffy in its raw state. I can’t understand anything!
Kill, but I WILL! do it before usiru , until I understand what is the reason. The filling is cool, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, dill, but I don’t understand what I didn’t manage with the dough. And when I pulled it out it was more than a centimeter and a half, and then sat down in the middle. Can you help me make out the flight ?!
Look at this shame, let me be ashamed !!

Mushroom pie
And this picture the hand does not rise to make it larger:

Mushroom pie
Maybe there is something different with the baking regime for me? Although I baked 50 + 20 and it seemed that there should be no questions about baking.
Gasha
Innus, why be ashamed? Everyone has failures ... Try again ... Still, it seems to me that the problem is in the dough ... It is difficult to disassemble the flight without seeing the process ... The dough should be almost biscuit in consistency ... a little thicker ...

Here Lena-Flamena explains what the dough should be
Inusya
Gashenka, for some reason I suppose. that all the same with a puncture test. Still, something tells me that I should have been a little thinner. I went and looked at the link, and decided that I don't see another reason yet. In the next. I'll try it once, I'll write it later. I will finish him off anyway! ... Or he will ...
Gasha
Victory will be ours!!!
dandelion
It seems to me that the oven needs a little longer. Maybe with tension what is wrong .... And even when baking, if you take out the valve completely, it will not be better to bake? Perhaps there is a lot of excess moisture inside the saucepan and the dough seems to get wet and heavy. I don’t know if I expressed myself clearly?
Gasha
dandelion, I baked this pie in Panasonic twenty times ... There was no excess condensation ... The brand creates much more moisture, but, as you can see, both me and Mistletoe did not have any problems during baking. In Panasonic, for five years of using the valve, I have never taken out the valve ... In Brand, I took it out once when I baked a pumpkin-curd casserole ... So look for a mistake either in violation of technology or in the wrong consistency of the dough
dandelion
Do you bake exactly 60 + 20 minutes?
Gasha
Quote: dandelion

Do you bake exactly 60 + 20 minutes?

Exactly ... The brand bakes stronger, and I advised to bake 50 + 20, which is what Omela did
dandelion
And what will be the dough if you overexpose the cake (bake more in time) in MV?
Omela
dandelion , you have a problem with the consistency of the dough, not with time. The photo shows that he is not pale. What kind of cottage cheese did you have? In general, baked goods with cottage cheese and kefir are very capricious, much depends on the quality of these products.
Inusya
Dandelion, I also changed my mind, I suppose it is necessary to start working with the "fluidity" of the test. In my opinion, you and I have a similar problem, because from the photo, our pies are twins.
Next time I'll try to lay it a little bit and I'd rather blend the cottage cheese, maybe its small grains gave this stickiness?
My cartoon is generally different than yours, and baked exactly 50 + 20, taking into account the girl's amendments. I think yes, at first 50 is enough. More would be too much. Nothing, calm, everything is poluzza. I'm sure.

the cottage cheese was homemade, diluted with kefir and sour cream (whipped on a blender). And I didn't have grains because of the blender.

Next time I'll try to lay it down a little
inusya , I would not say that my dough was especially thin. Although initially it turned out cool, and I diluted with kefir by eye.

shl. by the way, in the first pie I had cottage cheese diluted with kefir, and in the second, dietary pasty.
Inusya
Means not grains. Wow, damn it.
Well, while comparing it from memory with the Gashin test, I believe that I had a little cooler. I was afraid that I would live it out, and it would flow at all and would not work out, but I had to ... In any case, I will start to change with this.
Dandelion, maybe your sour cream failed? Sometimes there is an ambush with her, because store options with some kind of artificial thickeners do? .. also a puncture option is possible ...

that not, well, not quite of course, I mean, but ... it's a pity that I didn't take a picture of him in the process ...
