Ingredients

Semi-finished rye sourdough 200 g
Sour cream 50 g
Whole-ground rye flour 150 g
Wheat flour 1 grade 100 g
Flaxseed flour 20 g
Buckwheat flour 20 g
Rye bran 1 tbsp. l.
Sunflower seeds 1 tbsp. l.
Fermented malt 2 tsp
Linseed oil 1 tbsp. l.
Liquid 100 ml

Cooking method

  • The sourdough was grown on the basis of "Rye sourdough (semi-finished product) from Wiki.
  • Only at the beginning I added 2 tablespoons of grated onions.
  • I put all the starter culture in the HP bucket, then all the dry ingredients, sour cream, poured 100 ml of water.
  • In the program "Manual setting, I set two mixes of 10 minutes each and the proving time - optimally - 3 hours.
  • Baking - an hour.
  • If desired, you can customize it for yourself.

Note

To fully appreciate the taste of sourdough rye bread, the bread must be left on the wire rack for at least 12 hours to ripen. Then cut and leave at room temperature for 1 hour or more.
