Ingredients

margarine or butter 200 g
sugar 2 tbsp
egg 1 PC
yolk 1 PC
vanilla sugar 1 sachet
flour 2.5 st
for stuffing
oil 300 g
yolk 3 pcs
sugar 1 st
milk 1 st
flour 2 tbsp
walnuts 0.5 st
milk, sugar, cocoa 6 st. l
proteins 3 pcs
sugar 1.5 tbsp

Cooking method

  • Grind softened margarine with sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar, add flour and fast knead the dough. Bake immediately, spreading in a thin layer over the mold.

  • 1st - Custard (products for 3 norms of dough) - Grind butter with sugar, yolks, put on fire in an iron bowl, stir all the time. When the mass becomes homogeneous, remove from heat, add flour and warm milk, stir well, put on fire, bring, stirring, to a boil (the mass will begin to puff). Remove from heat, cool, arrange in 2/3 baskets.

  • 4th - Protein cream. Beat the whites (remaining from the custard and from the dough) with sugar (0.5 cups sugar per 1 protein) until firm. I need 3 proteins for three norms of the test, more is possible.

This is the taste of my childhood. As long as I can remember, my mother always baked such a fairy tale for us! And in the kindergarten and at school everyone was jealous! So beautiful and delicious! Then my classmate learned how to bake them from my mother! Now it's my turn to pamper my kids! In my opinion, this is the most delicious filling for baskets, the most successful combination of flavors! Bliss is simple!
