I immediately fell asleep everything: millet, chopped pumpkin, salt. I don’t put sugar, because pumpkin is sweet enough. Proportions: millet - 1 glass of MV, pumpkin - 300 g, milk - 3 glasses of MV. Milk porridge mode. The porridge turned out to be excellent, the pumpkin steamed remarkably, the pieces are very soft, but kept their shape.
If you want to enhance the taste, you can put raisins or dried apricots, a little nuts, lightly add vanilla sugar.
Bon Appetit!

Gash, so I would not dare to put a respite on village milk, it's real, alive, no preservatives. Moreover, pumpkin can speed up the souring process. I think so, in fact I practically don't use the timer on the multitask, I cook patamushta porridge in water once a week, for almost the whole week, and then I warm it up
Gasha
Yes, here zhezh and I did not dare ... And how good it would be, Schaub from the cow was also non-sour milk !!!

I often cook millet porridge for my mother and for kystybyshkas, cartoon in this regard is just a godsend!
I take 100 grams of millet, 500 ml. milk, a pinch of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 50 ml. tablespoons of boiled water. Milk porridge mode. I didn't cook with pumpkin in cartoon, I must try!

Gasha, I'm reporting!
I did a lot, without a pumpkin. So: boiled milk 300 ml. without water; millet groats 50 gr. sugar 1 tsp, slightly salt.
I decided without a pumpkin so far, I thought with it next time.
I washed the groats several times with boiled water, fell asleep - filled everything in the cartoon. Turned on the timer for 8 hours.
Everything was cooked at its best, but the milk in grains was curdled all the same. This means that it is sour. In another way, I think, it could not be. She put the cartoon on the coolest place - the floor, a private house, on the floor 18 * C.
Here is such a small experiment, as a result of which I had no doubts. But it's okay, nothing is lost in my household! I didn't take a photo, sorry, not a master class.
Gasha
Thank you, Rituel! If curdled without a pumpkin, then with a pumpkin and even more so !!! I, nevertheless, will try, someday, to cook porridge with pumpkin on a delay, but from long-playing milk ...
