Cherry crumble

Ingredients

Filling
frozen cherries 1 kg
sugar 1 glass
Dough
finely ground almonds 150 g
sugar 1 glass
flour 300 g
butter 200 g

Cooking method

  • Defrost cherries. The process is quite long, so I defrost it in a cartoon for a couple, 10 minutes, but got it much earlier. Put in a colander, put the colander in a bowl to drain the juice, sprinkle the cherries with sugar, mix.
  • Dough. Mix all dry dough ingredients, add finely chopped butter and rub everything with your hands. It's fast enough.
  • Cover the detachable form with paper, so that there would be enough high paper sides, lay out 2/3 of the crumbs, tamp, form the sides. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180-190 degrees.
  • Put the cherries in the prepared form and cover with the remaining crumb. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the top is lightly browned.
