Ingredients

Dry yeast 1 tsp
Syrup 2 tbsp. l
Wheat bran 40 g
Salt 1.5 tsp
Olive oil 1.5 tbsp. l
Yogurt 175 ml
Water 185 ml
Wheat flour 260 g
Wholemeal flour 200 g

Cooking method

  • Add liquid and dry ingredients according to your bread maker's instructions.
  • Panasonic put yeast in a bucket, then flour.
  • She put the bran and salt in different corners of the bucket. Olive oil, yogurt, molasses, top-water.
  • At the end of baking, remove the bread from the bread machine and place on the wire rack to cool.
  • You can serve the bread warm (but it is more difficult to cut it this way).
