Notes.
1. Bread maker Orion OBM-27G (650 W, 395 UAH);
TL (small measuring cup) = 4.5 ml;
EL (large measuring cup) = 15.3 ml
2. Depreciation of a bread machine (based on a guaranteed service life of 1 year and baking 120 kg of bread per year) conditionally increases the cost of one loaf by UAH 3.30, which is fully compensated for by a significantly higher quality of bread.
3. * In parentheses, the approximate increase in the cost of bread is indicated when purchasing: a) more expensive whey (1.70 UAH per 500 g), b) “more olive” oil ("Rivano", a mixture based on sansa, 70 UAH per 1 liter ) and c) slightly whiter flour "Khutorok" (8.20 UAH per 1, 8 kg) or others.

* Gulya *
Well, the price will decrease significantly, if you do not lay eggs (they do not lay in ordinary wheat bread), instead of olive oil, put refined sunflower oil. The price will be reduced by about 3 UAH.
