Rainbow trout 2 pcs. total weight 400-450 g
bulb onions 1 PC.
carrot 1 PC.
cream 1 glass
different greens 1 handful
bay leaf, salt, pepper taste

Cooking method

The only remark is that the carrots remained half-baked, although they chopped them thinly. Baked for 35 minutes.

The recipe is wonderful, tasty, and quick to prepare.
But I didn't really like the trout I bought. I bought a stock in one of our supers. Small, 4 pieces were tightened by almost 1 kg. When I defrosted it a little and began to cut it, I look and it all lags behind the ridge. The meat itself is soft. Such impression that it was frozen and thawed more than once. But such a valuable product, and did not raise a hand to dispose of, filled it with 15% cream and baked it. It turned out juicy, the vegetable pillow is very tender. But the fish itself raised doubts! I didn’t eat real tasty, high-wall trout, but I’m afraid to take this one (for the stock).
Thanks for the recipe! I think that a fish that is more affordable for us can be prepared according to this recipe.
