Fresh yeast 10g.
Melted butter 25g.
Cream cheese cream (Almette type) 70g.
Dry cream 13d.
Salt 5d.
Sugar 20g.
Water 200g.

Cooking method

  • Grind yeast with sugar and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Pour HP into a bucket. There are all the components in the order determined by the instructions for your HP. I have water first, then flour.
