Cream al Cream cake (adaptation to the multicooker Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Cake
Eggs 6 pcs
Sugar 6 tbsp. l
Cake cream 5 minutes chocolate 1.5 packs
Cream
Cream 30% 500 ml.
Cake cream 5 minutes vanilla 1.5 packs
Sugar to taste 2-3 st. l
Ganage
Sugar 2st. l
Milk 2st. l
Chocolate 100gr
Oil 100gr
Brandy 2st. l

Cooking method

  • Cream al Cream cake (adaptation to the multicooker Cuckoo 1054)
  • Cake
  • 1. Beat egg whites with sugar (5-7 min)
  • 2. Add the yolks and while whisking add the chocolate cream (beat for 3 minutes)
  • 3. Place to bake Oven level 1, 45 minutes
  • 4. When the cake has cooled, spread it with cream

  • Cream: Whisk the cream and cream at high speed of the mixer (3-4 minutes)
  • 5. Put the cake in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • 6. While the cake is "chilling"
  • let's prepare the fondant:

  • b. Put on a small fire so that the sugar dissolves, then add 2 tbsp. lies. brandy or cognac and 100 g of hot chocolate.

  • 7. Let the fondant cool slightly, pour the fondant over the cake and put in the refrigerator overnight

Oven .1 level .45 minutes

thanks, I have a Maruchi-47 multicooker, I will try it in it, I have already mastered the biscuit, it rises to 8.5 cm out of 6 eggs.
