Gluten Free Raisin & Walnut Cookies

Ingredients

Corn flour 1 glass
Corn starch 0.5 cups
Egg 3 pieces
Sugar - sand 1 glass
Raisins 100 g
Walnuts 100 g
Vanillin 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar. Add vanillin, flour with starch and mix. Add steamed raisins and crushed walnuts to the finished mixture. Put the resulting dough on a greased baking sheet and place in a preheated oven. Bake at temp. 180 g 20 minutes. Cut the finished layer, while it is hot, into diamonds or squares and immediately remove from the baking sheet.

best used together with corn flour Schaer - Flour Mix For Baking Mix With Gluten Free... The biscuits are incredibly tasty! Or another gluten-free flour mixture for baking muffins.

Hello!!! Is it possible in the recipe to replace corn flour with rice flour or 1: 1, and leave corn starch ??? There is a lot of Rice flour, but I don't know how to use it :-) I would like to please the child

Natasha, it is possible to do everything, you just need to constantly experiment on your own, try and draw conclusions on what turns out to be in taste and consistency. And then, in the next batch, make regular replacements until you achieve the taste you need.
