I will definitely do it.

Melanyushka , in this pudding, I laid out a few cherries in a mold and then poured out the raspberry curd.

I did it in a regular steamer, but after reading your recipe carefully, I realized that you made it in a multicooker like a cuckoo, where is cooking under pressure? It turned out very tasty, THANKS for the recipe, I just poured jam on top, next time I have to do it with filler, it should be tastier.

If you do it in MV, then you need to pour water, put a silicone mold on it - did I understand? If I put a basket from a steamer and a silicone mold on it, the MV lid will not close. How to do it right?

metel, I apologize for answering late, maybe it's too late? But I'll write anyway.
For pudding, we use not an overhanging, but a plug-in steamer, it is intended for something more high.

Vika, I'm with a report.
Curd pudding (Brand 37501)
I was thinking of orange pudding. BUT it was not without incident, as always ... There was no starch in the house, I took 2 tbsp. l. decoys. The orange didn't want to throw off the zest, I had to give it up, a little bit of lemon juice dripped. I decided to play with currant. I got into the freezer for the currants, didn't find it the first time, put the lingonberries. When I put the lingonberries back into the freezer, I found currants, but already decided not to interfere. The result was a curd pudding with a drop of lemon juice and lingonberries.
Delicious. The structure is certainly not quite familiar. Everyone liked the pudding. Especially to our little girl, with such an appetite he was eating. Not a crumb anymore. After supper, tea was all over. Tomorrow they asked to repeat it with currants.

Total approx. 30 minutes, but the water was poured cold. If you pour hot from the tap, it will be faster.

Take 2. Cooked in a multicooker. Instead of vanilla sugar, I added a little lemon zest.

This pudding turned out to be softer, airy. The cottage cheese was drier and I put it on with a spoon. And in the first poured, it turned out so liquid.

I wanted to try it in my cuckoo, but it seemed to me that the form was plastic or was it silicone? I have a Tuppivarovka but to what temperature they can withstand ...
Elena Bo
Silicone mold. Can be turned inside out.

I bought a new form for pudding in "last name". Mine is for one pack of cottage cheese, and this one is more, which is what I needed. In 37501 is included as a glove. Now add pudding!

The form is inserted simply into the multi pot, or, nevertheless, on some kind of internal steam grid?

That is, just pour water into a multi saucepan and put a silicone mold inside. Without any additional grill. Am I getting it right?
Oops ... I asked about the additional steamer grate. It's a pity, in my cartoon there is no such.

Yes, Oops ... need a low steamer.
I did it without a steamer, it turned out a little crispy, it's completely different all the same.

It’s a pity, we have to do without pudding. We don’t have such a grill and do not sell it.

I'm going to rummage through my ancient notes. I think I had a microwave pudding recipe somewhere. Once upon a time I translated it for myself from Italian from the instructions for my first Italian microwave.
