Cooking method

  • I saw the idea of ​​this beautiful, fruity, rather not even a pie, but a dessert at Yulia Kostenich's, for which I bow to her! The name was left by the author, but the recipe and proportions were changed to suit your taste. Baking in a mold with a diameter of 28 cm.
  • Knead the dough from flour and butter until plasticine. Then we divide the dough into two parts in approximately the following proportion:

  • From the smaller part we roll two thin laces - shorter and more authentic:

  • Now from these laces we sculpt two sides in the form of concentric circles of different diameters inside the future pie:

  • The fillings can be varied, cook with your loved ones. I grated the apples, mixed them with cinnamon and 4 tbsp. l. sugar and 1 tbsp. l. starch, chopped feijoa and strawberries, added 2 tbsp. l. sugar and half a spoonful of starch and filled the gaps between the sides with these mixtures. This is how the cake looked before baking:
