Boiled condensed milk pie

Ingredients

wheat flour 1 glass
boiled condensed milk 1 can
eggs 4 things.
shelled walnuts 1 glass
sugar 50 g
raisins 50 g
milk 100 ml
baking powder 2 tsp
salt pinch
cognac, liqueur or rum 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with salt and sugar. Add 2/3 cans of condensed milk and beat, gradually adding flour and baking powder. Last of all, stir in the raisins and half of the coarsely chopped nuts. Pour the dough into a mold and bake in a preheated 180about oven for 30-35 minutes. Dissolve the remaining condensed milk in warm milk, add cognac and evenly cover the baked, still warm cake with this mixture. To help it soak, you can prick the surface with a fork or toothpick. Sprinkle with the remaining nuts on top. It is advisable to let the cake brew for 2-3 hours.

dopleta, I saw your pie and remembered that I had a half liter of boiled condensed milk in my refrigerator. Yes, it's worth it. I'll go see if I'm still alive. I would just start doing this delicious miracle right now, if I hadn't just put the biscuit on the cake. That is all there is for this pie, and this year they piled nuts on me from all sides ... I put them in line in first place. Thank you!

She looked, alive, a third of the can. In the dough, it means that there is enough, but for impregnation there is no longer. So what to do? There is also literally at the bottom of the can of ordinary homemade condensed milk. Maybe it is impregnated?

Maybe it is impregnated?

Why not? You can add something else, for example, a little instant coffee - the current must first be dissolved in a boiling water. Or a fruity thread ... like a jam. Come on, experiment, hold the flag!

Well, okay! They say that a biscuit should lie down for at least a day, but I never get it to "lie down". So let's put it off until tomorrow. And today there will be a cake with condensed milk. I went to sculpt.

Yes, I do that. The author also has a form lined with parchment, apparently so that the impregnation does not pour out, but my forms do not leak and do not dry out, so I bake without paper.

Oh, but it seemed to me that the cake was turned upside down (removed from the mold), and only then it was filled with impregnation. It's good that we clarified this point.

As a matter of fact, I did it too and water it on a platter. Honestly, there is no difference, just the cream on the sides merges and is not so abundantly soaked - so what? And yet - if you bake in a small but high form, then everything is correct in time. And if you take a large diameter mold with a hole, then it is better to reduce the time a little, so as not to dry it out.

Oops, again on time, just put in the oven, a form with a dyurka, I’ll go reset the timer.

Very tasty thank you!

True, I did not sprinkle nuts on top, because the impregnation turned out to be too liquid due to its changes, and the nuts would not stick to it. But the cake itself was soaked very well. Almost all of them have already been eaten.

I'm glad, Lozja! Thank you !
