Cooking method

  • I made the yeast dough by eye, but the main thing:
  • a glass of milk was mixed with sugar, yeast, 2 eggs, salt, melted butter (20g), flour (until the consistency of thick sour cream). I put it on. After the first rise, I added flour, kneaded a slightly sticky dough. I put it on again. This happens very quickly in the microwave, which is preheated for 1 minute.
  • After the second approach of the dough, I slightly greased my hands with vegetable oil and formed buns a little larger than a walnut. Inside there are mini sausages.
  • Smeared with a beaten egg and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes (depending on oven).
